I was on Us Weekly’s website today, (yes, I am a celebrity gossip junkie… embarrassing, but very true!) and I saw this picture of Scarlett Johansson. She looks so pretty! Why can’t all the celebs dress modest more often! Anyways, I saw this outfit and was all confident like… “oh I can find that exact blouse and skirt”. Wrong. This is the closest I got! Enjoy! (And yes, you would tuck in the blouse to the skirt)
