   I must say I had completely written off Forever 21 for dresses due to them being so extremely short (especially because their clothes are so affordable!). I am glad to see there is someone out there bringing back the hope! Question, The measurements you give (for length), is that from hip to hem? Just wondering the starting point.

   Unfortunately not. It is shoulder to hem. I am 5’1 so 35 inches is about the shortest I personally will do, however, I know there are some people shorter than me (okay maybe only one or two people) that these dresses would work for. But yes, Forever 21 is like, short dress after short dress, after super short dress. Super disappointing.
