Last week my friend Maggie was in town visiting and we wandered over to Anthropologie… and I got this tiny windows dress (in the pink… but in the photos it looks MUCH better in lavender). I am in love. They actually didn’t have my size, so it’s in the mail but I’m really excited for it!

Here’s something you all need to know about me… I LOVE Anthropologie, yes. yes. I know you’re thinking, we already knew that! Well, that’s not my secret. My secret is… (drum roll please) I talk about Anthropologie, I go to Anthropologie, I may even dream about Anthropologie… but I don’t own one single item from there…!(I know… might as well call me a fake, I like pretty clothes but never buy them… yeah yeah) Holy cow! Here I am always drooling over every single item in their store, yet have never been able to convince myself to buy something. But… today was the day! I bought this skirt!!! I can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks to my sister in law Emily (Also, the Emily that works on this site with me) she helped “motivate” me to buy it. I saw this skirt a few months ago and left the store thinking about it. I would go running with my friend Rachel, and I would talk about it. I definitely daydreamed about it but it was $128.00! I’ve never even spent that much on jeans. Well, today it was only $59.95 (which is still more than I’ve ever spent on a skirt) and I got it!!! YAY! I really hope it fits! If it comes in time I think I’m going to wear this to my sister in law Dana’s wedding in two weeks! WOOP WOOP! I’ll definitely post some pics wearing it!

I love a good pencil skirt! This one is super cute because it has the gathering which makes it a pencil skirt with personality. hehe. You can find this super adorable skirt at Forever 21 for only $15.80 and it is 20 inches long. I’m pretty sure I need this skirt…
I can always use a classic white blouse. This one is SO perfect it could go with so many different skirts, or even a cute pair of jeans. It has beautiful detail in its embroidery… gotta love Anthropologie. However, it is a very light fabric so you will want to wear a under shirt or tank! You can buy this blouse at Anthropologie for $118.
Okay so this skirt is WAY out of my price range. But I tell you what, if I had a lot of money, this would DEFINITELY be in my wardrobe. It is SO adorable.
